Design and Build

Most of the homes that Windjammer Construction has built were architecturally designed by a variety of different architects.  Recently Windjammer has been developing a design build program.  This approach establishes the team of owner, builder and architect or designer from the beginning stages of design through to completion of the job.  This method keeps everyone involved from the beginning, it adds more information and alternatives to the process and seems to keep budget overruns to a minimum.
